Wages: Cook:         $11.44/hr   -    $14.93/hr
Health & Welfare: $354.17/month for individuals in positions scheduled to work 30 or
more hours per week.
Pension: 18.91% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.
Vacation: For individuals in 12 month positions, paid at hourly equivalent days:
After 1 Year 5 Days
After 2 Years 10 Days
After 5 Years 15 Days
After 10 Years 20 Days
After 20 Years 25 Days
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
