Wages:                         Head Cook                           $13.85/Hour

                                    Cook                                       $12.47/Hour

 

Health & Welfare:            For individuals in positions scheduled 7 or more hours per day:

 

                                    Employee only             $509.53/month

                                    Family                                      $525.00/month

 

Pension:                        9.75% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 hours or more annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals in 12-month positions paid at hourly equivalent days:

 

1 Year                                                10 Days

                                    10+ Years                           15 Days

 

 

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
