Wages:                         Start                                                     $10.71/Hour

                                    After 1 year                                          $11.16/Hour

                                    After 2 years                                        $11.61/Hour

                                    After 3 years                                        $12.06/Hour

                                    After 4 years                                        $12.71/Hour

                                    After 5 years                                        $13.16/Hour

                                    After 6 years                                        $13.61/Hour

                                    After 7 years                                        $14.06/Hour

                                    After 8 years                                        $14.61/Hour

                                   

Health & Welfare:         For individuals scheduled 4 or more hours daily:

 

                                    Employee only                          $  547.84/Month

 

Pension:                        10.44% of gross wages for individuals in positions scheduled

                                    600 or more annual hours.

 

Vacation:                      Full time employees shall be granted vacation with pay as follows:

 

After 1 Year                                         5 Days

                     After 2 Years                                       10 Days

                     After 5 Years                                       15 Days

                     After 10 Years                                     20 Days

                                   

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
