Wages:                         Start                             $  9.17/Hour

                                    Year 2                          $10.47/Hour

                                    Year 3                          $11.10/Hour

                                    Year 4                          $12.06/Hour

                                    Year 5                          $13.02/Hour

 

Health & Welfare:         For individuals in positions scheduled 20 hours per week:

 

                                    Employee only  $582.27/Month

                                    Family                          $607.00/Month

 

Pension:                        7.88% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      Individuals scheduled 8 hours per day shall earn vacation time in accordance with the following schedule:

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
