Health & Welfare: $329.00/Month for individuals who have been paid for at least 80 hours during the current month and for all new and reinstated employees beginning the first day of the month following 180 days of employment.
Pension: For all employees who have been paid for at least 80 hours during the current month the following sums:
Completed 1 year but less than 2 years $1.067/Hour
Completed 2 years or more $1.191/Hour
Vacation: All employees shall receive the following:
1 Complete Year of Service 1 Week
2 Complete Years of Service 2 Weeks
7 Complete Years of Service 3 Weeks
15 Complete Years of Service 4 Weeks
