Health & Welfare: $470.00/Month for individuals scheduled to work 40 hours or more per
week.
Pension: 13.69% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more
hours annually.
Vacation: For individuals in 12-month positions, paid at hourly equivalent days:
After 1 year 10 working days
After 10 year 15 working days
After 20 year 20 working days
After 25 years 25 working days
These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for food service workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code. Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
