Wages:                         1^st Year                             $12.26/Hour

                                    2^nd Year                             $12.31/Hour

                                    5^th Year                             $12.37/Hour

                                    10^th Year                             $12.42/Hour

                                    15^th Year                             $12.48/Hour

                                                                                                                                   

Health & Welfare:            $383.00/month for individuals who are in positions scheduled 30 or more hours per week.

 

Pension:                        6.52% for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals in positions scheduled 8 hours per day.

 

                                      1 Year of service                      5 Days

                                      2 Years of service                   10 Days

                                      5 Years of service                   15 Days

                                    18 Years of service              20 Days

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
