Health & Welfare:            If scheduled to work six or more hours per day:

                                    Employee Only:                                    $374.64/Month

                                    Employee + Spouse:                            $464.10/Month

                                    Employee + Child(ren)             $498.00/Month

                                    Employee + Family                              $722.20/Month

 

Pension:                        8.41% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals in positions scheduled 8 hours per day

 

      1 Year                        5 Days

                                      2-10 Years               10 Days

                                    11-15 Years               15 Days

                                    16 +   Years               20 Days

 

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
