Health & Welfare:         For individuals in positions scheduled 30 or more hours per week:

 

                                    Employee only              $450.33/Month

                                    Employee + 1                           $507.83/Month

                                    Family                                      $549.83/Month

 

Pension                        8.92% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals in positions scheduled 35 or more hours per week:

 

                                    1st Year                        1 week

                                    2 - 10 years                  2 weeks

11 Years                      2 weeks + 1 day

                                    12 Years                      2 weeks + 2 days

                                    13 Years                      2 weeks + 3 days

                                    14 Years                      2 weeks + 4 days

                                    15 Years                      3 weeks

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
