Wages:                         Supervisor                                $27.39/Hour

                                    Janitor:                                     $18.12/Hour

                                    Evening Janitor:             $18.63/Hour

                                    Part-Time Janitor:                     $10.21/Hour*

 

                                    *20 hours/week or less

                                                                       

Health & Welfare:         For individuals scheduled to work 36 hours/week.

 

Employee:                                $347.72/Month

Employee + 1                           $644.07/Month

                                    Employee + Spouse:                 $680.21/Month

                                    Family:                         $680.21/Month

                                                                                   

Pension:                        6.96% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals in positions scheduled 35 hours per week, the following vacation scheduled is paid in equivalent days.

 

 1-5 years                                 10 days

                                     6 - 15 years                             15 days

                                    16+ years                                 20 days

                                                           

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
