                                    1^st Year            $10.15/Hour    8^th Year            $12.35/Hour

                                    2^nd Year           $10.25/Hour    9^th Year            $12.75/Hour

                                    3^rd Year            $10.45/Hour    10^th Year          $13.15/Hour

                                    4^th Year            $10.80/Hour    11^th Year          $13.60/Hour

                                    5^th Year            $11.15/Hour    12^th Year          $14.05/Hour

                                    6^th Year            $11.55/Hour

                                    7^TH Year          $11.95/Hour

                                   

HEAD JANITOR received $0.99 in addition to the rate above listed for the appropriate year of service.

 

Health & Welfare:         $425.00/Month for individuals in positions scheduled 37.5 hours per week.

 

Pension:                        9.24% of gross for individuals in positions scheduled 600 or more hours annually.

 

Vacation:                      For individuals in 12-month positions paid at hourly equivalent days:

 

                                    After 1 Year                             1 Week

                                    After 2 Years                           2 Weeks

                                    After 7 Years                           3 Weeks

                                    After 15 Years                         4 Weeks

 

 

 

These wage rates and fringe benefits are determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to be conditions prevalent in the state of Illinois and shall be the minimum requirements for janitorial workers under the Illinois Finance Procurement Code.  Retroactive reimbursement is required if less than the prevailing wage was paid at any time.
