Personnel Records Review Act
Provides an employee with a right to review, copy and correct personnel records, and prescribes the gathering and use of information about the employee by an employer.

Please contact the Informal Resolution and Mediation Unit for questions related to the Personnel Records Review Act. The Unit shall attempt to resolve complaints filed under the Act by conference, conciliation, or persuasion.
